MODERN INDUSTRIAL RESIDENTIAL HOME

These are some of the first proposals to this client for their residential home. Usually, the first proposal is not the design you will see once constructed. It will constantly be revised depending on the client, outcome of the construction, or the availability or budget of the materials. The client wanted it to be what is in today which is an industrial home. She gave me and my brother, an architecture graduate, a bit of design freedom. She just told us what elements she wanted to see in the house which are brick and concrete walls. Under the guidance of our dad, a civil engineer, we are currently and constantly creating new designs for this and at the same time learning.
