PENTHOUSE

This is one of my first real project together with 2 of my friends/colleagues of mine. We were tasked to make this penthouse look fresh and new for the next tenant. The owner wanted to have no major changes and agreed to repainting, retiling, putting wallpapers, and buying new furniture. We wanted to really make it look new so we decided to focus on not only the walls and furniture but also in accessorizing and with the color pallet. We thought of having blues as our main color to add a pop with the browns, blacks, and whites. With those combination, it made the penthouse have a more calming and relaxing feel. It's great for the new tenants when they come home from a hard day at work.
